On June 15th 2012 the community of Hollymount NS gathered to celebrate it’s Past, Present and Future. Proceedings began with Mass at 11a.m. said by Father Con and Father Larry.  

The Hollymount N.S. School Tour 2012 – featured Archaeology, History, Exploration, and lots of Fun! This is some of the Archaeology that we uncovered!  

JJ O’ Shea came to our school on the 8th of June 2012. Before his visit he sent us lots of local stories that were recorded many years ago. For the radio programme we had to read the stories while JJ recorded us. He showed us how to record a radio programme. We had a great day!
